Transforming cancer detection

Oncology

A breakthrough technology for tumour-naïve testing

Built on proprietary cfDNA enrichment technology, our multimodal platform is enabling the development of more sensitive diagnostic tests across an expanding range of clinical applications, from cancer screening to minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring.

An innovative cfDNA-based platform

From a single blood sample, we enable seamless multimodal profiling of cancer-specific methylation, fragmentomic and mutation markers. This is enabled by our proprietary chemoenzymatic platform for enrichment of highly informative unmethylated ctDNA fragments.

Sophisticated machine learning infrastructure

Tagomics has developed proprietary machine learning algorithms that reveal cancer signals hidden in blood. Using our cloud-based pipelines to scale feature extraction, model training and inference, we uncover highly cancer-specific biomarkers.
