Cell-type-specific signal quantification

Tagomics has created the world’s first commercial, multi-species, cell-type-specific methylation atlases, developed by profiling sorted cells with Activace. Our bespoke statistical models use these atlases to trace plasma cfDNA fragments back to their tissue of origin, enabling precise quantification of injury.
